We create dedicated tasting experiences, designed together with you according to the number of guests, your budget and the tone you wish to give to the evening. Available spaces include a welcoming main dining room and a more intimate private room.
Corporate dinners and group dining
Ristrot Guviol is the ideal setting for group dinners with colleagues, corporate dinners, informal small meetings and private celebrations. Our contemporary cuisine and the intimate atmosphere of the restaurant make every gathering carefully curated, yet never overly formal.
We can offer dedicated Tasting Menus, personalised wine pairings and, when possible, the reservation of one of our dining rooms to ensure even greater privacy for your group.
Indicative capacity: up to approximately 50 seated guests, distributed between the main dining room and the intimate private room.

Christmas, New Year's Eve and Valentine's Day Menus
Some moments of the year deserve special attention. For Christmas, New Year's Eve and Valentine's Day, we create dedicated menus, available only for the occasion and inspired by our seasonal cuisine.
Christmas Menu
A festive journey that brings together reinterpreted traditional dishes and contemporary creations, in the spirit of conviviality.
New Year's Eve
A year-end evening at Guviol, with a unique menu designed to accompany you all the way to the midnight toast.
Valentine's Day
A more intimate experience, dedicated to couples, with dishes designed to be shared and special attention to the atmosphere of the dining room.
Holiday menus are published and updated as each date approaches. Some proposals may not be available outside the indicated period.
Birthdays, anniversaries and moments to celebrate
In addition to corporate dinners and holiday menus, Guviol is available for birthdays, anniversaries and small private occasions that deserve a refined yet not overly formal setting.
We can design a tailor-made menu together, personalise the dessert or arrange a cake, and choose the most suitable table according to the number of guests and the atmosphere you are looking for.
