Just a few steps from Piazza Bodoni and the Conservatory, five minutes from the Egyptian Museum and within easy walking distance of the Mole Antonelliana, Ristrot Guviol welcomes its guests into an intimate setting where exposed brick vaults, textured walls and soft lighting create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every detail has been carefully designed to complement the dining experience, never to overshadow it.
Vaults, bricks and memory
The restaurant is located inside a period building with exposed brick vaults, warm plastered walls and glimpses of ancient stone emerging between the surfaces. Traces of old ductwork and the marks of time have been respectfully left visible, allowing the history of the place to speak without forcing it.
The lighting, soft and never intrusive, enhances volumes and textures, creating a convivial atmosphere where the rhythm of service and cuisine can emerge naturally.
A space designed for conversation
The main dining rooms are carefully curated yet essential: a few elements selected with attention, clean lines and a table layout designed to ensure intimacy and tranquillity for every guest.
Seating is arranged to offer the right level of privacy. The warm tones of the materials, the soft lighting and the minimal mise en place help create an intimate setting, ideal for conversation and for enjoying each dish in complete relaxation.
Our intimate private room
Hidden at the back of the restaurant, our private room is the most intimate corner of Guviol. A quiet and discreet space, away from the flow of the main dining room, designed for those seeking a more private atmosphere.
Open only on selected occasions, it preserves a particularly calm and reserved atmosphere, where time seems to slow down and every detail invites conviviality.

At the front of the restaurant, our summer dehors is designed for those who wish to enjoy the beauty of Turin evenings in a relaxed and evocative atmosphere, perfect for experiencing the charm of the historic centre.
It is the ideal choice for romantic dinners or small private occasions without giving up the distinctive style of Guviol.

The restaurant’s palette was created to express our way of welcoming guests: elegant, warm and deeply respectful of outstanding ingredients.
Teal Green for elegance and professionalism, Burgundy Red for the warmth of wine, food and hospitality, Honey Wood for the softness of the furnishings, Stone Grey for the balance of materials. These are the colours you find in the dining rooms, in the dishes and in the light that surrounds the restaurant.
A restaurant designed around the experience
Ristrot Guviol offers around 50 seats, distributed between the two main dining rooms and the more intimate private room. The table layout can be adapted to different needs, while always preserving our attention to the balance between comfort and privacy.
